(1) PASSIVE OF IMPERATIVE SENTENCES

Structure:                  Let+obj=sub+be+v3+...

Examples:-

A-Do it.
P-Let it be done.
A-Take an example.
P-Let an example be taken.
A-Teach him English.
P-Let he be taught English.
A-Bring that chair.
P-Let that chair be brought.

(2)PASSIVE OF DOUBLE OBJECT 

Structure: Obj=sub+aux+v3+obj=sub+by+sub=obj

Examples:-

A-She teaches us Urdu.
P-Urdu is taught us by her.
A-He gave me a book.
P-A book was given him by me.
A-They will borrow me money.
P-Money will be borrowed me by them.
A-He gave her a present.
P-A present was given her by him.

(3)PASSIVE OF MODAL AUXILIARY

Structure:
    Obj=sub+modal verb+be+v3+by+sub=obj

Examples:-

A-I can do it
P-It can be done by me.
A-I could do the job.
P-The job could be done by me.
A-She may write the letter.
P-The letter may be written by her.
A-You should read the Quran.
P-The Quran should be read by you.

(4)PASSIVE WITHOUT THE DOER

Structure:            Obj=sub+aux+v3...

Examples:-

A-They awarded him a prize.
P-A prize was awarded.
A-Some one has stolen my book.
P-My book has been stolen.
A-They masons are building a house.
P-A house is being built.
A-Some one has taken my pen.
P-My pen has been taken.

(5)PASSIVE WITHOUT' BY'

Structure:        Obj=sub+aux+v3+preposition+sub=obj
Note-In place of' BY' suitable preposition of verb is used.
Examples:-

A-His behaviour surprised us.
P-We were surprised at his behaviour.
A-The news pleased all.
P-All were pleased with the news.

(6)PASSIVE OF REFLEXIVE OBJECTS

Structure:
        Sub+aux+v3+by+reflexive objects

Examples:-

A-He hurt himself.
P-He was hurt by himself.
A-Rani killed herself.
P-Rani was killed by herself.

(7)PASSIVE OF ADVICE

Structure:Obj=sub+should+be+v3
Examples:-

A-Obey your parents.
P-Your parents should be obeyed.
A-Keep your words.
P-Your words should be kept.
A-Maintain discipline.
P-Discipline should be maintained.
A-Save some money for hard times.
P-Some money should be saved for hard times.

(8)PASSIVE OF REQUEST

Structure:     You are requested to+v+.....
Examples:-

A-Please do it.
P-You are requested to do it.
A-Please consider my case.
P-you are requested to consider my case.
A-Pardon me.
P-You are requested to pardon me.

(9)"WH"-QUESTIONS

A-Who wrote it?
P-By whom was written?
A-What language do people speak all over the world?
P-What language is spoken all over the world?

(10)QUASI-PASSIVE VOICE

Verb with a Complement.
A-Fruit tastes sweet.
P-Fruit is sweet when it is tasted.
A-The rose smells sweet.
P-The rose is sweet when it is smelt.
A-The stone feels rough.
P-The stone is rough when it is felt.
A-This composition reads well.
P-This composition sounds well when it is read.
